**ADOPTION PENDING, MEDICAL HOLD** Handsome Arlo, 5 years old, was very reluctantly given to rescue by his owners who have faced job changes involving extensive travel requirements to the point where they could no longer keep him.  This is a well mannered and socialized boy with people and other animals.  He is on the allergy spectrum; however, they have not progressed to the point beyond taking benedryl as needed.  Arlo is vaccinated, neutered, and chipped.  As always, rescue will also license him for you (Maricopa and Pima Counties only).
