Millie came to the rescue because she was having some anxiety issues and her owner recognized that she needed to get all of the attention to herself in an only home.  Well, she is a Diva and thriving in her foster home!  So much so that she is staying.  Millie will be spoiled and doted on for the rest of her life.  She is such a sweet and lively girl.
