Jelly Roll came to AZBTR via Pima Animal Care Center. He was labeled as a Special Needs dog requiring special food and medications for some severe allergies. When he came in he had a red, flaky, dry rash on his skin. His PACC foster reported that he has started taking Apoquel and also had a Cytopoint injection. Jelly Roll was neutered through PACC before AZBTR took over his care. It was noted that durig his neuter surgery he stopped breathing during induction and his heart rate dropped (which was reversed with Antisedan.) He was placed with fosters never to leave his foster home. Congratulations Jelly Roll, now Rico.
