NORMAN:  This darling teeny guy was found wandering the streets with a female BT.  Both dogs were intact and very thin, dirty, and had been out for a while.  The finder did hold the dogs searching for the owner.  When no one was coming forward to claim the dogs, the finder contacted AZBTRescue to offer them a chance to be adopted.  Norman is doing very well in his foster home.  He is more interested in humans than dogs and toys.  He is very cautious around other dogs and tries to stay away from them as much as he can.  Looking at his battle scar's he may have been bullied by another dog in his past.  He is good with kids and cats and has the sweetest disposition.  Even though he is only about 2.5 years old he is an old soul...he is very mellow.  He is up-to-date on vaccines and will be neutered soon and will need time to heal from the surgery.  He will then be more than ready to find a home of his own.
